I’m a licensed mental health therapist committed to walking along side you and your family by ​showing you grace, love, and creating connection.

I received my Masters in Professional Counseling in 2016 from Liberty University. I’ve worked ​extensively with at-risk youth and teens since 2015.

For 3 years, I worked at the nations first treatment facility to help teenagers learn how to have a ​sustainable relationship with technology while living in a digital age. Instead of technology and ​gaming consuming you and your family, my goal is to help you learn how technology fits into your ​life.

I’m certified in CBT+ from the University of Washington. With over 8 years of experience, my hope is ​to provide a safe and nurturing place for you to come as you are so that we can address your mental ​health goals.

Counseling Approach

Every individual is unique, so counseling should not follow a ​one-size-fits-all approach. The solutions to life's challenges and ​strained relationships need to be customized to fit each ​person's journey.

As a Christian counselor, I rely on the wisdom of God and the ​guidance of Jesus Christ, who is our Wonderful Counselor, to ​inform my therapeutic approach.

I integrate various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive ​Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Values-Based, Narrative, and ​Family Systems, ensuring they align with the principles found ​in Scripture.

My personal relationship with Christ and the ministry of the ​Holy Spirit are central to my ability to understand and assist ​those seeking counseling.

Services and Fees

I am exclusively offering ​telehealth appointments ​through Google Meets.

I’m also open to “walk and ​talk” therapy depending on ​fit in the Renton area.

I’m accepting new clients, ​ages 5-21.
